We have a ‘virtual settlement’ going on, as we speak… PA Governor Wolf signed into law that transactions currently under agreement may now use a licensed e-notary service, given the #stayathome order… a similar law for e-notarizing is sitting on NJ Governor Murphy’s desk, to be signed.
